The Friends of Sean Lugano was started 8 years ago in loving memory of Sean Thomas Lugano, a young man who lost his life among many, in the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. That tragic day changed our lives forever. The friends of Sean Lugano came together each year to celebrate Sean's life. We started by creating a scholarship in Sean's name at Xavier High School and moved on to giving in his name to Loyola College. At this time, we realized that the strength of The Friends of Sean Lugano could help those in need. The people that Sean touched in such a short time on earth had become an amazing fundraising strength. All of our supporters have made it possible for us to memorialize Sean at each of his Alma Maters and to support some great causes. We will continue to give in his name to those in need.
